How to Tell If There Is a Gas Leak in Your Home

   • Unexplained headaches or dizziness

   • Nausea or sudden fatigue

   • Difficulty breathing or irritation in the eyes, nose, or throat

3. Leave Doors Open: If safe to do so as you exit, leave exterior doors open to help ventilate. Do not stop to open windows if it delays your exit.

   • 911 or your local emergency services.

5. Do NOT Re-enter: Stay away until emergency responders or the gas company tells you it’s safe to return. Never try to locate the leak yourself.
